02

Job Readiness

Services can focus on preparation, workplace expectations, communication, routines, and skills connected to employment goals.

03

Workplace Success

Support may continue around adjustment, problem-solving, communication, and maintaining success in the work environment.

04

Vocational Growth

Employment goals can be reviewed over time as skills, confidence, interests, and opportunities develop.

Our approach

How we approach support.

Across our services, the person’s strengths, choices, relationships, routines, and goals stay at the center.

Person-Centered

We build support around the individual—not a one-size-fits-all program.

Community-Based

Whenever appropriate, support happens in real-life settings where skills and relationships can grow.

Outcome-Oriented

We review progress and adjust support so the next steps stay connected to meaningful goals.
